Puebla de los Ángeles is a true city-museum. Its beautiful and elegant colorful facades, magnificent churches and convents, picturesque streets and alleys and important museums, speak for themselves of its splendor and wealth.

Puebla is also one of the capitals of Mexican Gastronomy... here were born mole and chiles en nogada, as well as a variety of traditional dishes and sweets. One of its most outstanding artistic productions is the talavera, a glazed ceramic technique originary from southern Spain.

The charming city of Cholula combines the living history of a pre-Hispanic civilisation with the architectural and cultural richness of the colonial era. Its most iconic image is the Church of the Remedies, which dominates the landscape from the top of what once was the Great Pyramid.
